I like the fact they ha w 2 swimming pools

The room was untidy. All Inclusive means there I had to by my own coffee and water. As that wasn't supplied. Food was average beds was not comfortable n sounded on every my move.tiles on the floor broken.n things keep braking during the stay.n have to wait for a long long Time for them to be fixed

-The workers are good in the hotel. -The swimming pool. -Sincere greetings to Mr Besoo, and Mouhamed, and the person how work in reception at night( i don't remembere his name). A big thanks to everyone who laughed in our faces.

_ The food is bad quantity and quality. _ There are a lot of insects in hotel. _ There is no wifi in the room.

I have been with a friend and they did not allow visits (not overnight, even visits were not allowed) and they threatened to call the security on us if we are found together!! we had to exchange stuff at the reception desk all through our stay. I had my 5years old with me in the room so eveb if we wanted to "have fun" that wudnt have been possible but they didnt want to listen. I felt directly discriminated against for being Egyptian because of course there were foreign couples and I'm sure this policy did not apply to them. Als the bathroom sink was not running smoothly enough and dirty water sat there for hours. I asked for blankets and even though they know it is me and my daughter in the room we were given only one blanket. no water games.

We checked in early with no extra fees, The stuff was friendlyand helpful and they apprexiate your comments if u have. The place was clean. The market man was so friendly and his prices were reasonable. The food was tasty and clean.

there was a little food variety. But it was very resonable with its value.

1) Need some changes in kitchen. 2) Some more facilities for people in rooms.

Rooms were clean and a beautiful pool, staff at reception are friendly and both the girls were brilliant in the conversation with people and performing events. Good job

One of the staff at bar don't have good behaviour and no smile on his face. Food menu also was not good we ate same food in morning what we were having a night before and no cold water nor the hot water available when we eat.

The admin turn off the lobby's air condition by 11 pm. The services provided by "all inclusive" option are so limited and many of them is ended up by 11 pm such as beverages provided by lobby bar

An overrated hotel. Claimed to be full when their was only 8-10 families.

Had a nice swimming pool and also good view of the hotel.

The restaurant needs better variety of food. The hotel could be sprayed with mosquito killers. The customer service from the receptionist was atrocious. Doesn't have no manners at all.

Laziest and rudest staff

The pool was nice

I waited just over an HOUR to get checked in, even though I had made reservations 2 days before. staff was extremely rude and acted as if I was a burden. WiFi was only available in the lobby, and was weak even there. I need WiFi for work so for me it’s critical. You had to pay extra for the jacuzzi, I’ve never heard of that before. Room was ok, bathroom was filthy and had a lot of hair on the floor. Absolutely zero chance of returning.
